I have always had a heart for teaching. During my 9th grade year in high school I enjoyed tutoring other students. I knew then I wanted to be a teacher. My decision to teach was based on wanting to make a difference in the live of students and to help guide them to college/career paths. "I really want my students to like Math!"
During 2016-2019 I was given the opportunity to assist as a soccer coach and 2018-2019 served as Volleyball Coach. Go Bessemer City Tigers! In my spare time I volunteer with local rescues to give animals temporary homes. I am an advocate of spay/neuter education.
